My first project was major, an engine rebuild on my antique 1995 Ford Taurus wagon, and they charged nearly exactly what they had estimated. It ran great. Link estimates of the problems and the work required were consistently more accurate than my other alternatives. Would I go back again?  Yes.  Would I recommend them to my friends?  I do all the time.  Have I ever felt ripped off by them?  Not once.  Do they ever make me feel ignored?  Never.
